Get out there! The Wine Connection – Speed Dating Thurs. March 22

Saturday, March 17th, 2012

Alright you’re single (or not) and you would like to meet some singles in the area – well, the Wine Connection is just the thing for you!

Here’s how it works – register online here then come to Giovanna’s On The Lake restaurant at The Georgian Resort – Thursday, March 22.  The Connection begins at 6PM so show up a little early.  We will have a sampling of complimentary hors d’oeuvres and the bar will be open.  When the connection begins – girls are seated on one side of a collection of tables and guys are on the other side.  Our host will begin with some description of the wine and the tasting and your first “date” begins – but don’t dawdle – you only have a few minutes then the bell will ring and it’s off to your next date!

All participants will have a scorecard to rate (just yes or no) for each date.  If your yes matches a yes from the same person about you – we have a connection and you will both be notified and given the other person’s contact information.  You are of course welcome to make any connections you can during the event.  Here’s the thing – IT’S FUN!  If you are paired with someone you’re not thrilled with, just wait a minute and it’s on to the next date!  Also, the wine is great and it gives you something to talk about if the conversation lags.

So – again register here or give us a call for more information 518-668-5401
