Holloween – Ghosts and Murder!
Tuesday, October 19th, 2010Oh you know it’s a spooky time of year. It’s cold and dark. Leaves dance across the road in great groups seemingly trained by the devil. Black cats are everywhere. Mysterious howls penetrate the night sky. So, this backdrop makes scary stories even more realistic – except that this one is true!
Earlier this Fall The Georgian hosted a wedding reception in our Terrace Room. Everything went fine and the guests were very happy, drinking, dancing, enjoying the food and good company. Someone took a photo – and revealed the Georgian Ghost! No time for photoshop. No smoking in the building. No hot food on the table. Here is the photo – judge for yourself! What do you see in the image? Click on the photo for a larger version.
So now that you’re sufficiently “in the mood” for Halloween – join us for a great time at our Halloween Murder Mystery Dinner Theater. Saturday, October 30th, Cocktails at 6PM with Dinner and Show at 7PM. “Chill ‘Em and Kill ‘Em” – this is a great audience participation show featuring Laura Roth. Guests will be given clues – even during the cocktail hour – and the guest who solves the Mystery will receive a Grand Prize Georgian Vacation Package. The evening will also feature music and dance by “Public Energy Number One” – Laura Roth. Cost for the evening is $58/person and dinner will feature a Fresh Garden Salad, A Duet – Filet and Baked Stuffed Shrimp, Chef Potato and Vegetable, Chef Dessert. You can make it a weekend for as little as $207/couple – Dinner, Show, Accommodations and Breakfast the following morning.
