Fresh Mozzarella and Tomatoes – Fresh mozzarella with vine ripe tomatoes, EVO, and Balsamic Vinegar reduction and Fresh Basil

Mushroom and Montrachet Strudel – Forest Mushrooms & goat cheese wrapped in delicate pastry sheets, baked to golden brown with Truffle Cream

Spiedini Di Pollo – Chicken Marinated in Italian Style Herbs and spices skewered with fresh onion and fresh sage

Chicken and Corn Chowder – Creamy chowder prepared with potato, onion, and corn bolstered with diced white meat chicken

Acorn Squash and Bourbon Bisque – Acorn squash, cream brown sugar and bourbon combine to produce a soulful creamy concoction.

Roulade of Chicken Duxelle – Stuffing with Coq Au Vin style sauce offered with oven roast potatoes and Roasted Vegetables

Pollo Alla Voldostana – Sautéed Medallions of chicken layered with Prosciutto and Fontina cheese, offered with a delicate white wine Velouté. Served with roasted vegetables and garlic butter linguini

Braised Beef Short Ribs – Served with Sauce Bordelaise served with oven roasted potatoes, and roasted vegetables
