Baked country Pate, with whole grain French Mustard, French bread croustades, & petite gherkins.
Bilini with Gravlax and Caviar
Warm Buckwheat Bilinis layered with cream Fraiche, Marinated Salmon and Caviar garnished with fresh dill, and Julianne of cucumber.
Forest Mushroom & Chicken Strudel
A mélange of Forest Mushrooms & Chicken offered with smoked gouda in a light phyllo dough pastry baked to a golden brown with a supreme sauce.
Crab Claw Cocktail
Delicate crab claws offered with our own spicy cocktail sauce.
Chicken and Corn Chowder
A creamy chowder prepared with potatoes, onion and corn bolstered with diced chicken.
Butternut Squash and Bourbon Bisque
Bourbon squash, cream, brown sugar and bourbon combine to produce a soulful creamy concoction.

Red & White cabbage with Julienne of Carrot tossed with herbed Catalina dressing and garnished with tomatoes.

A marriage of 3 lettuces, cucumber, onion, tomatoes and carrots with your choice of dressings.

Breast of Chicken Coq Au vin Style
Semi Boneless Breast of Chicken prepared with red wine, bacon, and pearl onions offered with mashed potatoes and seasonal root vegetables.
Pork Tenderloin En Crute
Pork Tenderloin with Sausage, Mushrooms and Shallots offered in a delicate French style pastry with rich pork gravy, and seasonal root vegetables.
Medallions of Beef
Our house classic beef medallions cut from our bistro steak sautéed to order flambéed with brandy and finished with Demi glaze and Pernod butter. Served with mashed potatoes and seasonal root vegetables.
Braised Beef Short Ribs
Served with Sauce Bordelaise offered with mashed potatoes and roasted root vegetables.
Seafood Risotto
Mussels and a mélange of seafood prepared with Arborio rice, with a hint of garlic and cream.
Filet of Bream with Herb Glassage
Filet of delicate bream (fish) under a mantel herbed Glassage and seasoned bread crumbs, offered with rice and seasonal root vegetables.
