Winter Carnival Weekend #4 – Update
This is the last weekend for the Lake George Winter Carnival – get out and enjoy it! In spite of the warm weather – there is still plenty of snow and ice for skiing, snowmobiling, tubing and the winter carnival events. However – the car races originally scheduled for Saturday have been cancelled due to the rain and slush on the lake. Ski and Weather Reports and Information | Winter Carnival

“Winter Carnival Update – Friday, Feb. 21, 12 Noon
Just heard this morning, the car racers have to cancel. It is too slushy and wet on the lake for them to plow. Don’t let that stop you from coming up and enjoying the last weekend of lake George winter carnival though. It is going to be a beautiful weekend in the 40’s, still plenty of snow on the lake and trails for snowmobiling and atv’s. We also have many children’s activities going on, plus chicken wing cook off on Saturday, Bon fire , fireworks, dog show, helicopter rides, Polar plunge, pony rides and don’t forget if you haven’t gotten your raffle ticket yet, drawing is on this sunday at 3:30. Winner’s choice of Polaris 550 snowmobile with trail or a Kawasaki Mule 610 4×4, only $25 a chance. Lots of restaurants and shops open and things to do in Lake George.”
Join us for Dinner at Giovanna’s either Friday or Saturday night 5-9PM. See the Winter Menu here. Giovanna’s is also open for breakfast Saturday and Sunday 7AM – 11AM.
