Start your day in our Dining Room with a hearty bountiful Buffet Breakfast.  Our Buffet features fresh fruits and juices, pastries, cereals, fresh eggs, crisp bacon, sausage Homefries, Omelets and more.  Also, an A la Carte  Breakfast Menu is available, serving in season 7:30AM-10:30AM.  The Best Breakfast in Lake George!

For dinner service, our Executive Chef has created a new menu featuring Regional Italian and American Cuisine and your traditional favorites. A Children’s Menu is also available. Serving 5:00PM- 9:00PM. Join us each evening for a delicious Dinner.

For a unique Lake George Dining experience – The Georgian Resort offers the best in Dinner Theater Entertainment. Coming in 2018 our Dinner Theater Show Features:
Laura Roth In The One Woman Variety Show. Laura Roth, brings her unique mixture of Vegas quality music and comedy to the Georgian.  Brenda Lee, Dolly Parton, Barbara Streisand, Judy Garland and Queenie, the 95 year old comic.  Enjoy a great evening with music and comedy in authentic costuming, compelling music and audience participation.
