Deposit Policy for “Pay In Full Promotion”: Reservations that have been made and paid for in full by 12/31/2018 will be guaranteed the above rates and terms. In the event of a cancellation at least 72 hours prior to your arrival – a $35 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refunded amount of the reservations.

Reservations made during the promotion and not paid for in full by 12/31/2018 will remain as active reservations but will default to the Best Available Rate for the reserved date and room type.
