**All reservations require the first night deposit deposit plus tax at the time of booking. A reservation can be canceled up until 14 days prior to the arrival date for a $25 cancellation fee and the remaining deposit will be refunded to the card originally provided. If a reservation is canceled within 14 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
